   they should leave off the chapter markings, it makes it harder to convert the character, + ultramarines have enough caracters

   I would not mind more cool looking ultramarine characters but why all the Us, maybe it is not so bad there are only 3 you can see on this model but there will probably be more on the back.

   And a scout character, well he must not be a very good fighter if he never got above scout status.

    Simple reason that they use ultramarines. they are the definative marine, simple fact.
